Upgrading from Pro to Elite keeps your current data fully intact while expanding your scope to include advanced options like Excel file exports, profile cloning, workspace and additional on-demand product slots.
Account Management
It is not possible to downgrade from Elite tier to Pro tier automatically. To request a downgrade, please contact us using our contact form, we will be happy to review your demand.
You retain all paid functionnalities until the end of your current plan. Afterwards, your account will move to the Free tier and you will have limited functionalities. Please note that CRAted will retain all your assessments for 3 months before full deletion.
To do so, please contact us via our contact form. We will review the possibility to offer a pro-rated reimbursement on a case-by-case basis.
